OSC
On-Site Counsel

We bring the entire
team
to you, and we
start solving it in the room.

A deployable advisory unit of attorneys, accountants, and support staff that travels to your location, gathers what we need on the spot, and begins building and executing your strategy the same day.

The Proposition

Some matters do not survive the back-and-forth of remote engagement.

When the stakes are high and the timeline is short, scheduling calls, trading scanned documents, and waiting on the next available window costs you the one thing you cannot recover, which is time. Complex legal and tax situations move faster than email allows, and the gaps between conversations are where problems compound.

On-Site Counsel removes those gaps. Calvary International Law assembles a dedicated team and travels directly to you, anywhere in the United States or Europe. We sit across the table, review your records together, identify the issues in real time, and design the path forward while we are still in the room with you.

This is built for individuals and families who need genuine attention and are done managing their own affairs through a fragmented chain of advisors who never speak to one another.

What the deployed team includes
  • Attorneys to direct legal strategy and structure
  • Bookkeepers and accountants to organize and reconcile records on site
  • CPA and tax coordination for filings, exposure, and planning
  • Support staff to collect, catalog, and execute documents
How It Works

One visit. Identified, designed, and underway.

01
We come to you

Once engaged, our team travels to your home, office, or wherever your records and decisions live. You do not assemble anything in advance and you do not travel to us. We arrive prepared and ready to work.

02
We gather everything in person

Documents, account information, entity records, prior filings, and the full picture of your situation are collected and organized on site. Nothing waits for a follow-up request, because the people who need the information are already sitting with you.

03
We identify the issues with you in the room

Our attorneys and accountants work through your legal and tax exposure together, in front of you, and tell you plainly what we see. You hear the analysis directly from the people doing the work, not relayed weeks later through a summary.

04
We build the strategy on the spot

We design a tailored plan around your specific facts and the results you want, and we walk you through it step by step so you understand every decision before it is made. The strategy is yours, shaped to your expectations, not pulled off a shelf.

05
We begin execution before we leave

Where work can be started immediately, it is. Documents are prepared and signed, filings are initiated, and the people who will carry the matter forward are already engaged. You finish the visit with momentum, not a to-do list.

Areas of Focus

Whatever is keeping you up at night, we address it under one roof.

Legal

Structure and Protection

Cross-border and international structuring, asset protection planning, complex estate planning, and the entity and document work that gives your plan a foundation. State-law matters are coordinated with licensed local counsel in your jurisdiction.

Tax

Coordination and Planning

Working alongside our CPA and tax partners, we map your tax picture, organize what is needed for compliance, and coordinate planning strategies appropriate to your situation. Tax analysis and filings are handled by qualified tax professionals on the team.

Financial

Records and Reconciliation

Bookkeepers and accountants put your financial records in order while we are on site, so the strategy is built on accurate numbers rather than estimates and missing pieces. Banking relationships and account coordination are addressed as part of the engagement.

Documentation

Collection and Execution

Our staff collects, catalogs, and prepares the documents your matter requires, then moves them toward signature and filing without the delays that come from working at a distance.

Strategy

A Single Coordinated Plan

Rather than a stack of separate opinions from advisors who never talk, you get one team that builds one plan together, with each specialist accounting for what the others are doing.

Attention

Your Matter, Undivided

For the duration of the engagement, the team is focused on you. The value of On-Site Counsel is not only expertise, it is dedicated, uninterrupted time spent entirely on resolving your situation.

Engagement

Reserved for those who want it handled, completely.

An On-Site Counsel engagement begins with an initial payment of USD 15,000 that secures the team, reserves the dates, and covers travel and the time our professionals spend with you on site. The specific engagement and timing for the work that follows are determined after the on-site visit, once we have seen your situation firsthand.

This is a deliberate, hands-on level of service. We take a limited number of these engagements at a time so that each client receives the full and undivided attention the work demands. Before we deploy, we confirm scope, timing, and expectations in writing, so you know exactly what the visit is meant to accomplish.

If your matter touches the law of a particular state, we coordinate with licensed local counsel so every part of your plan is handled by the right professional.
