Dedicated, Senior-Level Attention on Every Matter
Yonathan Amselem
Yonathan Amselem founded Calvary International Law PLLC to deliver the caliber of international legal counsel previously available only to the largest institutional clients — with the discretion, accessibility, and personalized attention that complex cross-border matters demand.
His practice focuses on the intersection of international tax law, cross-border estate planning, and global wealth structuring. He advises individuals, families, and business owners navigating the legal complexities that arise when life, assets, and ambitions span multiple jurisdictions.
Every matter at Calvary International Law receives Mr. Amselem’s direct, senior-level attention — not delegated to associates or paralegals. Clients engage directly with the attorney who holds the expertise, builds the strategy, and is accountable for the result.

Mark Pierce
Mark Pierce focuses on protecting family wealth, privately held businesses, and generational legacies from financial disruption, litigation exposure, poor estate structuring, and creditor risk. His philosophy is shaped by personal experience after witnessing his own family’s wealth deteriorate through estate taxes, divorce, and inadequate planning shortly before market recovery could have restored long-term value.
Unlike many estate planning attorneys, Mark developed his expertise from both the defensive and offensive sides of asset protection. As a former federal bankruptcy trustee for the District of Colorado, he administered more than 1,000 bankruptcy cases, identifying vulnerable assets and dismantling ineffective protection structures under creditor scrutiny. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how creditors, trustees, regulators, and litigators evaluate financial structures under pressure.
In addition to trust and estate work, he has litigated securities fraud matters, represented clients before the IRS, and built multiple businesses himself — including scaling companies from early-stage operations into multi-million-dollar enterprises before successful exits. His trust structures are designed not only for tax efficiency, but for durability under real-world legal and financial stress scenarios.
Mark Pierce holds a law license in the State of Wyoming and works exclusively from an office in Wyoming. He is not licensed in the District of Columbia and is not licensed by any foreign government.

Emiliano Herrero
Emiliano Herrero serves as Chief Operating Officer at Calvary International Law, where he leads the firm’s operations and business strategy. He oversees the financial, administrative, and growth functions that allow the firm’s legal team to focus entirely on client matters.
Mr. Herrero is a CFA charterholder with fifteen years of experience in finance, including credit analysis within institutional risk teams. That work gave him direct exposure to how lenders and counterparties evaluate the structures clients bring to the table — and a fluency in the financial and structural concepts at the core of Calvary’s practice.
Mr. Herrero is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice. His role is to ensure that Calvary operates with the institutional discipline of a much larger firm — that records are precise, communications are responsive, and clients experience the firm as organized and reliable.
